The Rayburn XT is an ultra-modern,
stylish, functional cooker and a gorgeous addition to any kitchen.
It has contemporary, sleek lines
and beautiful styling. Its heavy chrome door handles and
seductively curved towel rail make it set to lead the way in
21st-century range cooking.
Cast iron range cookers go from
strength to strength, with more being sold each year and many of
today’s cooks want a statement-making, state-of-the-art cooker
that offers the peerless performance Rayburn is known for in a
stunning, modern style.
But the XT’s not simply good
looking. It also offers the brilliant cooking performance the
company is known for. Rayburns use indirect heat technology, which
is kind to food – rather than allowing food to dry out, it seals
in the flavours and natural juices, creating healthier and better
tasting dishes.
The Rayburn XT suits all cooking
styles from the wildly adventurous to the oh-so tame. In fact,
there isn’t a dish that the cooker doesn’t cope with perfectly.
Particularly innovative is the XT’s
large hotplate, which – because of its curvacious lids – gives the
cooker a fabulous and truly distinctive look.
The hotplate’s
expansive surface allows for slow simmering at one end and
super-rapid boiling at the other.
The capacious main
oven of the XT is blissfully simple to control and features heat
zones that allow the user to cook at different temperatures
simultaneously. This is also the oven used for grilling, which
cleans itself and cooking smells are cleverly vented away.
The
lower oven is smaller and operates at a reduced temperature,
making it perfect for slow cooking, steaming and simmering.
And because the XT
is vented into the power flue, the flavours from one dish won’t
taint another. Amazingly, you can cook garlic-infused chicken in
the same oven as a lemon tart and there’ll be no crossing of
flavours.
Beautifully fluid
– from its free-flowing hotplate lids to the retro-influenced
thermodial and the majestic lines of its compelling profile – the
XT makes a style statement which will prove hard to resist.
But the Rayburn XT
offers so much more than simply scintillating good looks. Like
every range cooker from the Aga stable, it performs with a
competence befitting the world’s best-known cooker brand. And, as
it has a powerflue, it can be placed almost anywhere in the
kitchen. The Rayburn XT – a modern classic.
